Hogar is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case may be.
We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on hogarhom.com may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price, item availability, or in any way affects your individual order. Please be aware that we present our content 'as is and make no claims to its accuracy, either express or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a product at hogarhom.com is listed at an incorrect price due to photographic error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, Hogar shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Hogar shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card/debit card/bank account charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hogar shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the same amount.
Use of Information
None of the information that we collect will be shared with any unknown 3rd party vendors. However, we depend on certain 3rd party vendors such as SMS gateway providers, Email Gateway providers, Payment gateway providers, with whom we will be sharing the relevant information.
We may use your information to send you promotional Emails or SMS or WhatsApp to promote our products.
Orders & Shipping
Not available to collect:
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the product, at max, three times. A failure to collect the product(s) by the customer, will automatically be considered cancelled by Hogar. If the order is pre-paid, your amount will be refunded in 3-15 bank days. However, you can also contact our support team to re-initiate a delivery for the same order, before it is cancelled.
Hogar allows Cash-On-Delivery orders only for India. However, a small additional fee is charged for COD orders, since our delivery partners charge Hogar for the same. However, the shipping charge remains free for India.
Return & Refund:
We accept returns if you do not like our product(s) (only if the product is unused). However, we deduct the fee that is incurred on shipping and COD (if applicable), depending on your location of delivery, from the total order amount.
RETURNS ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN INDIA.
Damaged Products & Replacement:
If you receive a damaged product, do not worry. Just get in touch with our support team to place a replacement request or a refund request. Your amount will be refunded in 3-15 bank days.
Also, please make sure that the returned product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund/code to be processed.
Orders: Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
